At MRYOVNG, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order enters processing, it cannot be canceled.
